Provisions

The grain of Sihor will be Tyre's overseas revenue.

Could this Sihor not be referring to the lost old reference to a river near the Egyptian delta, and instead be referring to the Sihor (or Shihor) in the land of India that is famous for its grains and other merchandise? It also has ship access, and if Tyre provides the world-wide distribution of goods from this area, its wares would be in world-wide demand.

Isaiah 23:3
KJV:  And by great waters the seed of Sihor, the harvest of the river, is her revenue; and she is a mart of nations.
TNK:  Over many waters Your revenue came: From the trade of nations, From the grain of Shihor, The harvest of the Nile.
