Description

All the families of the kingdoms of the North will come and set up their thrones at the entering of the Gates of Jerusalem

Jeremiah 1:15

The God of Multitudes tells the priests to Look! He will sharply criticize their children and spread dung on their faces from the feasts, and have them hauled away with the filth.

Malachi 2:3
KJV:  Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

Reasons

The priest's offering of blemished bread on God's altar, pollutes God's honor, by saying God's table is insignificant.

Isaiah 13:21

Jeremiah gave the cup of God's wrath to all the officials of Jerusalem.

The cup of God's wrath turned Jerusalem into a place of ruins, shocking atrocities, horrors, and a curse as during the dispersion.

A servant (employee) is to honor his master (boss).

The God of the multitudes asks the priests that hate His name about wanting to see proof of His honor.

The priests claim innocence of hating God's name.

Offering blind animals for sacrifice is (morally and ethically) wrong.

Malachi 1:8

The God of multitudes asks the priests if they would dare to offer the blind, lame and sick animal sacrifices to the governor and expect favor?

The priests should not expect God to be favorable when demonstrating disdain toward Him in their offerings.

Malachi 1:9
KJV:  And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts.

When a person makes a vow, and does not sacrifice his firstborn male of the flock, but instead a damaged animal, he is a swindler and cursed.
